As a mindfulness coach, I use a practical, compassionate approach to teaching mindfulness—one that focuses on your personal needs, challenges, and stressors. A practice crafted with you in mind includes exercises that:

  • Fit your health and physical needs, and busy schedule, so that your practice is more likely to become a regular part of your daily routine 

  • Help you spot personal stressors early, so you can tap into the calm, clarity, or sense of humor within, before your anxiety takes over

  • Match your anxiety type. For example, recent research shows that focused attention is more effective if you worry a lot and can’t sleep. If you're feeling tense with frequent headaches, open monitoring is better.
