This 6-week program (six one-hour sessions) is designed to introduce you to the basic principles of sustainable mindfulness and help you:

  • Create a practice that’s tailored to your unique needs—busy schedule, any health and physical constraints, personal stressors, even your anxiety type (see research)

  • Stay focused and motivated, especially during this early phase

  • Work through any difficult emotions, thoughts, or reactions you may face

  • Enhance your self-awareness and emotional resilience to meet life’s challenges with clarity, strength, and compassion.

Step 1: Understanding Your Needs

First, I’ll take time to find out what’s stressing you out and what would help you the most. We’ll pay special attention to those stressors that keep you up at night.

Step 2: A Personalized Practice

I’ll then help you curate a set of mindfulness exercises specifically suited to you. In our weekly sessions, I’ll introduce each exercise and offer insights and support on how best to integrate it into your life. You don’t have to do everything at once—just a little bit each day can make a big difference!

Step 3: Checking In and Adjusting

I’ll also check in with you regularly to see what’s working and where you might need some help. I'll offer plenty of personal insights and encouragement. The more you enjoy the journey, the more stable your practice will become, and the more benefits will come your way. We’ll tweak and revamp your plan as needed.
